About Alex Boyder is Playing For Change!

On April 26th, Alex Boyder will be participating in Small Goals Big Change, a fundraiser soccer tournament supporting Soccer Without Borders Oakland. Our goal is to raise $1000 to support SWB Oakland, an organization supporting newcomer youth in the East Bay Area through soccer, academics, and community-based programming. In Oakland, SWB runs programs for sixteen middle school and high school teams, all with the goal of supporting newcomer youth to reach their goals on the soccer field, in the classroom, and beyond. By participating in Small Goals Big Change, our team will directly impact refugee and immigrant youth in the Bay Area, contributing to soccer practices, games, team-building camping trips, educational support opportunities, and more.
